United States: According to officials who are joining the White House soon, President-elect Trump will sign an executive order stopping so-called birthright citizenship for children of illegals – this is one of the border propensity orders he will sign to transform the immigration policy and security of United States and which also includes a temporary ban of refugee resettlement for at least four months.

The officials suggested that Trump would sign an order to further clarify the language of the 14th Amendment and added that the federal government “will not recognize automatic birthright citizenship for children of illegal aliens born in the United States,” Fox News reported.
Furthermore, they added that the 14th Amendment states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Several legal experts have been quick to add that this is a constitutional issue and cannot be done by executive order.

The move will positively provoke civil rights groups as well as immigration activists to bring the issue to court.
Some Trump advisers and some conservative legal scholars have argued before that the notion of extending birthright citizenship to children of undocumented immigrants is based on misconceptions of the Amendment.
It is one of several executive orders Trump will issue on the matter of border security and immigration on his first day in the White House.
Fox News also stated that Trump will deploy the US troops’ southern border and rescind Biden’s parole policies to make international cartels terrorists.

Trump will use the federal government to rebuild the wall on the southern border and will also cease Biden’s parole policies – including the use of the CBP One application to parole people into the United States, the parole process for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV).
The second order would deploy US troops to the southern and northern borders under U.S. Northern Command and would instruct “the military to prioritize our own borders and territorial integrity in strategic planning for its operations,” Fox News reported.
A third order will label international cartels and organizations such as MS-13 and the blood-thirsty Tren de Aragua as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGT).
FTO can put members into specific action, and many of them are financial penalties against members.
